What devices can I use to watch WEXVR content?
WEXVR content can only be viewed through the supported WEXVR / Meta Horizon flow on compatible Meta Quest headsets, unless WHTEXCH expressly states otherwise.
Can I watch WEXVR content on my phone, tablet, browser, smart TV, or another headset?
No. WEXVR content is not available on browsers, phones, tablets, smart TVs, gaming consoles, or non-Meta headsets unless WHTEXCH expressly states otherwise.
Is each purchase a permanent purchase?
No. Access is rental-like and licensed, not sold. Each purchase gives you a limited access entitlement under the conditions shown in the content description and before checkout.
How many times can I watch a purchased video?
Access may be limited by view count, access period, visibility window, or other conditions shown on the content page or at checkout.
Is there a time limit to watch purchased videos?
Yes, some content may only be available for a limited period or within a specific availability window. The applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.
If I stop halfway through a video, does it count as a full view?
Not always. Usage may depend on the entitlement rules applicable to that content, as disclosed before purchase and, where relevant, during playback.
How can I check my remaining access or usage?
WEXVR shows remaining usage information, such as remaining usage on the video screen of the Meta App.
Can I buy videos directly from my headset?
Yes. You need to click the link on the App and a browser page will open.
How do I link my headset to my account?
Follow the sign-in instructions shown in the WEXVR / Meta Horizon flow. Linking steps may vary depending on the device and authentication method available at the time.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No. Each account is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and must not be shared, sold, or lent to others.
Can I download videos or watch them offline?
No. WEXVR content is streamed only and is not available for download or offline viewing unless WHTEXCH expressly enables that feature.
What happens if a video is removed after I purchase it?
WHTEXCH may remove or restrict content for legal, policy, safety, rights-enforcement, processor, or platform reasons. Refund rights, if any, remain subject to applicable law and the WEXVR Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, when WHTEXCH determines that a duplicate payment, unlock failure, or technical defect attributable to WHTEXCH justifies a refund.
Does deleting the app or signing out cancel my account or refund my purchase?
No. Deleting the app, signing out, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel your account or reverse a completed purchase.
How do I report illegal or harmful content?
You can report content, channels, or conduct through the in-product reporting tools or by contacting support@wexvr.com.
How can authorities contact WHTEXCH?
Public authorities, judicial bodies, and regulators may contact WHTEXCH at whtexchsolutionssrl@legalmail.it.
How can I contact WEXVR about privacy?

Is WEXVR intended for children?
No. WEXVR is not designed as a child-directed service. The service is generally intended for users aged 13+ or older where local law or platform rules require a higher minimum age.
Do I need a payment card to buy content?
Yes. Purchases require a valid payment method accepted by WHTEXCH or its payment providers.
Is there any health and safety information for immersive viewing?
Yes. Immersive content may cause discomfort such as motion sickness, eye strain, dizziness, or fatigue. You should stop viewing immediately if you feel unwell and use the service in a safe environment. Information are available on Meta Quest website.
